About

I've spent my career working in challenging, regulated environments, primarily across healthcare data and software.For example: healthcare regulators often publish highly detailed rulebooks defining exactly how a metric must be calculated, right down to specific codes, data requirements and exclusion criteria. I've taken specifications like these and translated them into working, tested reports within client systems. Working directly with clients to establish effective data input points and with developers to maximise data retrieval efficiency. Together, delivering more than 100 KPIs across multiple organisations, designed to remain sustainable through metric definition changes and software updates.That experience translates across industries. Whether it's healthcare, government, finance or another regulated environment, the challenge remains: turning complex, high-stakes requirements into clear specifications that get built correctly the first time.As a former SaaS Product Manager and Agile enthusiast, I also help organisations bring structure to product development, from getting backlogs into shape and establishing clear roadmaps to aligning stakeholders around priorities and delivery.
